This is what I’m going to do right now, rest…well,  probably not naked though.

Awake: 5:20

Naps: * - *

Asleep for night: 10:45 (sleeping pill, iPod)

awake during night: tossed and turned, 2ish (20 minutes), 4:00 (15 min)

**I think I had caffeine diet coke at 7 for dinner

Awake: 5:15

Naps: 0 (killing me), 4:30 - 8:45

Asleep for night: 11: 30 (sleeping pill, iPod)

awake during night: once, put musica back on

I bought an iPod

My first one…I’m 32. I just had better things to spend my money on. However, I’ve really enjoyed sleeping with music on. The discman I’ve been using is a pain in the ass in the bed so this was an excuse/reason to buy it.

Now I’m going to play around with white noise, pink noise, different types of nature sounds and meditation stuff to see if it helps me sleep any better. The classical music with nature sounds helps me fall asleep and relaxes me but I’m still always tired the next day.

awake: 8:30

naps: 9:15 - 11:15

asleep for night: 10:45

awake during night: 2 -2:20 (let out dog, put on ipod, right back to sleep)

awake: 10:30

naps: 0

asleep: 7:30, hubby got me into bed at 9 (sleeping pill)

awake during night: a few times, back to sleep in a few minutes

Awake: 5:15

Naps: 6 - 8

Asleep for night: 1:30

Awake during night: twice but back to bed in a few minutes (husband is back home and in bed again), 5 to find fresh batteries for CDs then back to sleep
